Fire Exploring is a cooperative program between the Novato Fire Protection District and the Learning for Life Organization.
The purpose of Exploring is to provide experiences to help young people mature and to prepare them in becoming responsible and caring adults. In the process they will learn the in’s and out’s of the Fire District and work side by side with Professional Firefighters.
The program is open to young men and women who are ages 15 1/2 to 20 years old. Color, race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, ethnic background, economic status, or citizenship are not criteria for participation.
