How Fees Are Applied

• Fees are assessed at the time of application submissions for plan reviews, permits, or inspections.
• You will receive an invoice via email once your application is deemed complete.
• No plan review will begin, and no permits will be issued until payment is received.

Payment Methods

• Online Payment: Use the secure payment link within your invoice (via authorize.net).
• Check: Payable to Novato Fire Protection District. Mail or deliver to:
